Let’s face it: celebrities are trendsetters for a reason. They have the platform – and courage – to pull off new styles the average Joe never could. Like J-Lo sunglasses. Jane Doe pulls a pair of vintage aviator glasses out of a pawn shop and wears them, she’s probably going to get some strange looks and “they just don’t fit your face well” comments from her friends. Pete Wentz – Fall Out Boy bassist has become an icon for punk fashion and is routinely seen sporting foundation, eyeliner and manscara, topped by a 5 o’clock shadow. His fans seem to love the image, and Wentz’s wife Ashlee Simpson doesn’t seem to mind.

Adam Lambert – This entry comes as no surprise, as openly gay pop singer and American Idol celebrity has been grooming his carefully applied image for some time.
